SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped with DHL Tracking.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of the products contained in your order.

Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch

Germany: approximately 5–7 business days
Austria: approximately 5–7 business days
Switzerland: approximately 5–7 business days
Rest of EU: approximately 9–12 business days

For other international destinations, delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping service.

During holiday periods, peak seasons, promotional periods or customs processing, delivery may take longer than usual.

Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive tracking information where available.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact:

We will assist you with the next steps and, where necessary, open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, German VAT is not charged where the statutory requirements for the export are met.

Swiss import VAT, customs duties, carrier handling fees and other import-related charges may apply.

These charges are borne by the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping costs charged by LÆCE.

Customs processing may result in additional delivery delays.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or undeliverable address information provided by the customer may be charged to the customer where legally permissible.

Wholesale / B2B Shipping

Wholesale orders are reviewed individually before invoicing.

Shipping costs are confirmed before the final invoice is issued.

Unless otherwise agreed:

Germany: €15 tracked DHL
EU outside Germany: shipping is calculated according to destination
Switzerland / non-EU: quoted individually

Import VAT, customs duties and other import-related charges for deliveries outside the EU are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
