Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, unless a statutory exclusion applies.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
You may use a model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Returning the Goods
After communicating your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed LÆCE of your withdrawal.

Registering your return with us facilitates the return process but does not affect the validity of a statutory withdrawal communicated within the applicable withdrawal period.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising their statutory right of withdrawal, provided they were informed of this obligation before the contract was concluded.
We recommend using a tracked and adequately insured shipping method.
Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been fully processed.
Return parcels must not be sent freight collect.
Condition of Returned Products
For voluntary returns or exchanges, products must:

be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged;

be in their original condition;
-
be free from stains, make-up, odours, alterations or other signs of wear;

be returned in their original product packaging;
-
include all original accessories and packaging components; and
-
have all original LÆCE hangtags attached, intact and unaltered.
Products with removed, detached, damaged, altered or missing LÆCE hangtags will not be accepted for a voluntary return or exchange.
These requirements do not restrict a consumer’s mandatory statutory right of withdrawal.
Where a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the customer may be liable for any resulting diminished value where legally permissible.
Sale Items & Discounted Products
Sale items and discounted products are excluded from voluntary returns and voluntary exchanges.
This does not affect:

the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal;
-
statutory warranty rights; or
-
rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the delivery cost corresponding to the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange for another available item provided that the request is registered within 14 days from receipt of the original product.

The replacement item will be dispatched only after the original product has been received, inspected and approved by LÆCE.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
All shipping costs associated with a voluntary exchange must be covered by the customer. This includes both the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement product.
This does not apply where an exchange is required because LÆCE delivered a defective, damaged or incorrect product.
Late Returns
Returns registered or sent outside the applicable deadline are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method unless required by law.
In individual cases, LÆCE may voluntarily accept a late return as a gesture of goodwill.
Where such a late return is accepted, LÆCE may issue store credit instead of a refund.
Any goodwill acceptance is voluntary and does not create a legal entitlement or an obligation to accept future late returns.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery.
If an item is defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at:

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
B2B Orders
Orders placed by businesses, retailers, commercial customers, entrepreneurs or persons acting primarily in connection with their commercial or professional activities are not covered by statutory consumer withdrawal rights.
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, B2B orders are final and cannot be voluntarily cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Claims relating to damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrectly delivered B2B goods should be reported promptly to:
