Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped with DHL Tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the total weight of the items in your order.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Germany: 7–10 business days

• Austria: 10–12 business days

• Switzerland: 10–12 business days

During holiday periods, peak seasons or due to customs processing, delivery may take longer than usual.

Once your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive tracking information where available. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@lace-belts.eu so we can assist you with the next steps and, if necessary, open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, no German MwSt. is charged. Import duties, Swiss import tax and carrier handling fees may apply and are borne by the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout.

For international deliveries, customs processing may cause additional delays.
